Colina Morrison

Instructor and studio founder

Colina's experience and passion for Pilates began as a teenager when she was introduced to Pilates to compliment her training as a professional dancer. She went on to use Pilates to maintain her strength and flexibility during her 10 year career as a dancer and was fortunate enough to travel the world performing in stage shows, circuses and in film and television. 

Colina has completed her BASI Global Comprehensive Teacher training and is a certified studio Pilates instructor, She also holds a Diploma in Remedial Masseuse, a Diploma in Dance and a Certificate III and IV in Fitness. With over a decade of teaching experience, you know you'll be in good hands. Colina's classes will challenge your entire body whilst focusing on core strengthening, lengthening, alignment, and improved mobility.


Chris Morrison


From a very young age Chris learned about the benefits of healthy, strong, movement while training as a gymnast. After meeting his wife Colina nearly a decade ago he embarked on his Pilates journey.

Chris has a passion for Pilates, surfing, yoga and health. He is continually investing in his own personal development and expanding his knowledge of the human body.

Chris loves working with people and gets a real kick out of watching CGM clients develop their mind body connection. He believes cultivating synergy between movement and breath is fundamental to improving body awareness and quality of life. After all there is room for Pilates in everybody.


Abbey Chapman

pilates Instructor

Abbey is a passionate and vibrant Pilates, Yoga and Barre instructor. She discovered a holistic approach to her life through a career in Professional Dance.

Over time, she has developed her career as a qualified Studio Pilates Instructor, Yoga Teacher, Dance Instructor, Master Personal Trainer and Nutritional Health Coach.

Her love for continuous learning and professional development has seen her study in Australia and overseas from various industry leaders and she brings together these skills in her nurturing and supportive classes which have a strong focus on alignment, posture and having a good time!


Marissa Cumming

Pilates Instructor

Marissa is a certified Studio Pilates instructor and Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a passion for helping her clients achieve their goals. After years of experience in the health and fitness industry Marissa added Pilates to her repertoire and loves the benefits that Pilates brings to her clients. 

With a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science, a Masters in Exercise Physiology plus a Certificate III and IV in Fitness/personal training, you are good in hands with Marissa.

Marissa's classes are fun and challenging and you will leave her class knowing you have worked your body to it's full potential.


Rockell Williamson-Rudder


Rockell has been a Pilates Instructor for over 14 years and is grateful to have taught Pilates in some of the most prestigious studios all over the world. Prior to her career in the health industry Rockell was a professional dancer, with her debut at the inconic 'Moulin Rouge' in Paris at the age of 18. This was followed by countless performances nationally and internationally as a commercial dancer, model and actress.

Having enjoyed Pilates as part of her conditioning as a dancer, she decided to pursue this further and is a certified STOTT Pilates Instructor. Rockell has a passion for creating workouts that cater to all levels and helping clients achieve their personal goals while still having a fun and rewarding experience.

CGM Pilates Instructor

Jasmine Garbin


Jasmine’s movement background is extensive and includes Contemporary dance, circus, Latin/Ballroom and Argentinian tango. She has been teaching Mat, Barre, Reformer and Clinical Pilates since 2014, and her special interest is in natural movement facilitation. 

With a Bachelor of Creative Industries (Dance), Diploma of Clinical Pilates and Cert IV Fitness, Jasmine draws from many sources of knowledge to give you the best recommendations for your needs. Her classes can be described as challenging, personal and fun.

She is a vibrant and engaging teacher who genuinely cares for people and loves to see them gain a higher quality of life through Pilates.
