Colina's experience and passion for Pilates began as a teenager when she was introduced to Pilates to compliment her training as a professional dancer. She went on to use Pilates to maintain her strength and flexibility during her 10 year career as a dancer and was fortunate enough to travel the world performing in stage shows, circuses and in film and television. 

Aside from being a certified studio Pilates instructor, Colina is a qualified Remedial Masseuse, holds a Diploma in Dance and a Certificate III and IV in Fitness/personal training. With over a decade of teaching experience, you know you'll be in good hands.

Colina's classes will challenge your entire body whilst focusing on core strengthening, lengthening, alignment, and improved mobility.

Marissa is a certified Studio Pilates instructor with a passion for helping her clients achieve their goals. After years of experience in the health and fitness industry Marissa added Pilates to her repertoire and loves the benefits that Pilates brings to her clients. 

With a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science, a Masters in Exercise Physiology plus a Certificate III and IV in Fitness/personal training, you are good in hands with Marissa.

Marissa's classes are fun and challenging and you will leave her class knowing you have worked your body to it's full potential.

 

Abbey Chapman

Abbey is a passionate and vibrant Pilates, Yoga and Barre instructor. She discovered a holistic approach to her life through a career in Professional Dance.

Over time, she has developed her career as a qualified Studio Pilates Instructor, Yoga Teacher, Dance Instructor, Master Personal Trainer and Nutritional Health Coach.

Her love for continuous learning and professional development has seen her study in Australia and overseas from various industry leaders and she brings together these skills in her nurturing and supportive classes which have a strong focus on alignment, posture and having a good time!
