A complete mind-body conditioning program that will make your teen more aware and confident of their body and movement.
Classes will include core and functional strengthening, flexibility and movement awareness and is taught in a fun and relaxed environment using top of the line Reformer Pilates equipment.
These classes are beneficial both in the prevention of injury, rehabilitation and are a great way to facilitate young athletic development to improve sports performance.
Our Pilates for Teens Program is suitable for teens aged between 13-17yrs and is limited to just 10 teens. This program is taught in 10 week terms in-line with Queensland school term dates.
Sign up requires payment of the full 10 week term in advance.

Term 2 : 19th April -21st June, classes held every Thursday from 3:45-4:30pm
Term 3: 19th July-20th September, classes held every Thursday from 3:45-4:30pm
Term 4: 11th October- 13th December, classes held every Thursday from 3:45-4:30pm
