  • Make your application stand out - we’re only interested in meeting passionate Instructors who love and respect the Pilates and Yoga methods and who recognise what we do at CGM and want to be a part of it.

  • We offer a huge variety of classes, including Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Private/Clinical Pilates, Yoga classes (Hatha/Vinyasa/Yin), and we love instructors who are experienced in multiple modalities.

  • We respect quality education and training. Our Pilates Instructors are Diploma or Comprehensively trained Instructors, and our Yoga Instructors have a minimum 200HR teaching certificate.


Current positions

Mat Strength Instructor

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum Certificate III in Fitness or Certificate IV in Fitness

  • Pilates qualification highly regarded

  • Current First Aid & CPR

About the Role
You will be confident teaching structured, progressive strength training classes in an open-level group environment, with a strong focus on supporting women over 40 and accommodating a range of abilities, pathologies, and experience levels.

At CGM, we value intelligent movement, quality coaching, and ongoing education. You will work alongside and under the guidance of an accredited Exercise Physiologist and Clinical Pilates team, so we are looking for someone who is adaptable, open to feedback, eager to learn, and committed to ongoing professional development.

Availability
Applicants must be available for 1–2 shifts per week, including a combination of:

  • Early mornings

  • Afternoons/evenings

  • Saturday mornings

Remedial Massage Therapist

Essential Requirements

  • Diploma qualified Remedial Massage Therapist or Myotherapist

  • Eligible for private health fund rebates with provider number ready

  • Current professional insurance and First Aid/CPR

About the Role
This role includes a combination of:

  • Remedial massage

  • Relaxation massage

  • Pregnancy massage

We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people move and feel better, while providing a calm, professional, and client-centred experience aligned with the CGM approach to wellness.

Additional skills such as:

  • Cupping

  • Dry needling

  • Hot stone massage

  • Other complementary therapies

…will be highly regarded.

You will work alongside our Pilates, Clinical Pilates, Yoga, and wellness team in a collaborative environment focused on long-term client care and movement-based wellbeing.

Availability
Applicants should be available for:

  • 2–3 shifts per week

  • Including at least 2 evenings and Saturdays

There is strong potential for the role to grow into a full-time position for the right person.

Barre Instructor

Essential Requirements
Applicants must hold at least one of the following:

  • Certificate III in Fitness

  • Mat Pilates qualification

  • Barre certification

  • Current First Aid & CPR required.

About the Role
You will be confident teaching open-level Barre classes suitable for a wide range of ages, abilities, and fitness levels, while creating an uplifting and supportive class environment.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong coaching and communication skills

  • Exceptional musicality and rhythm

  • High energy and positive presence

  • The ability to deliver structured, engaging classes with clear cueing and flow

A background in dance is highly regarded.

Availability
Applicants must be available for 1–2 Barre classes per week, with potential options including:

  • Monday mornings 7am

  • Tuesday 4:30pm

  • Saturday mornings 9:30am
