Our progressive Strength classes are designed by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and focus on building real-world strength in a safe, supportive environment. While created with women 40+ in mind, they're open to all ages and genders.
Using a combination of free weights, functional movements and Pilates principles, you'll build muscle, support bone health, improve balance and boost confidence in your body. Every class follows a progressive program, helping you get stronger week by week while improving the strength you need for everyday life.
