Appointment Booking and Cancellation Policy
This policy applies for all massage, sauna, and private Pilates appointments
All private appointments require a credit card to be held on file to secure your booking
You can freely cancel a massage or private Pilates appointment up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to the commencement of the appointment, and up to four (4) hours prior to the commencement for an infrared sauna booking. If you cancel outside of these windows it will count as ‘Late Cancellation’. If you do not turn up for a booked appointment and do not cancel your booking this counts as a ‘No Show’.
We understand that sometimes unforeseeable circumstances can arise, however we have to be strict, fair and consistent with all clients and therefore NO exceptions will be made.
Late cancellations will incur a fee of 50% the cost of a full price casual appointment which will be charged to your credit card on file
If you No Show for a booked appointment, then you will lose one of your pre-paid sessions from your account. If your booking is unpaid you will be charged full price for the appointment at the casual rate.
