Kickstart your weekend with this fun rooftop event!

Join CGM Instructor, Marissa and accredited sports dietician Rebekka from Fuel Your Life for a morning of movement and education. 

Start by joining Marissa for a fun 45min workout using only your body weight. This session will be focused on strengthening and lengthening through full range movements so be prepared to increase your heart rate, work the core, legs and upper body through the integration of strength and mobility.

While you're recovering from your workout join Rebekka for a 30minute Q & A session on all things diet and nutrition.

Rebekka has experience working with all levels of athletes (from recreational to elite) across many different sporting modalities. She is also an experienced practitioner in weight management and manipulation of body composition (fat loss, muscle gain) as well as chronic disease management (diabetes, cardiovascular disease, osteoarthritis etc).

Time: 7-8:15am

Where: CGM Rooftop weather permitting

What to bring: Sneakers, hat, sunscreen, water bottle and towel – you will sweat!!

Cost: Book now using your existing membership or class pack or purchase an event pass for $20

*Note a basic level of fitness is required for this class. Low impact options will be provided however t is a high intensity fitness class. Not suitable for those will acute injuries or prenatal clients.
